The sustainability and consolidation of SOMOIL's growth in the coming years will depend on its ability to develop a workforce of excellence. To achieve this, it is critical that we have the ability to identify the right profiles, ensure their development and training, and foster their motivation through recognition and reward based on clear objectives and by developing a healthy workplace that promotes general well-being.

• Teacher Training.
• Construction / Rehabilitation and Equipping of Schools.
• Creation of the "Open Day" for Students to visit SOMOIL FS-FST (Onshore) Facilities.
• Support to private and public basic education institutions
