SAFETY AND INTEGRITY | Prioritize safety and integrity, eliminating serious incidents and strictly complying with environmental regulations. |

EFFICIENCY AND COST REDUCTION | Promote an immediate and continuous focus on efficiency and cost reduction, through initiatives integrated in the "EMAGRECE Program". |

PROFITABILITY | Improve profitability through continued increases in production - "Profitable barrels program" - and increased average selling prices through greater commercial competence. |
